About the parts

Are the parts new?

Yes. Everything we sell is new and unused, usually called “new old stock” (NOS) or “new surplus”. The parts were bought as spares and stored, never installed. Most are in their original manufacturer packaging, and each listing’s photos show the actual item.

Why do some parts have older date codes?

Surplus spares can sit in storage for years. We show the manufacturing date code on each listing so you can decide. Sensors and electronic parts kept in their original packaging normally store well, but check with the manufacturer if your equipment has date or certification requirements.

Do the parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty?

Surplus parts are sold by us, not by the manufacturer or an authorised dealer, so the manufacturer’s warranty may not apply. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you keep your full legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described. See our Terms & Conditions.

How do I know a part fits my engine or system?

Match the part number on the listing with your old part or your equipment’s parts catalogue. Part numbers are listed exactly as printed on the label. If you’re unsure, email us your engine or equipment model and serial number and we’ll help you check before you order.

Can you find a part that isn’t listed?

Our stock is limited, but we’re always happy to check. Send us the part number and quantity through the contact page.

Orders & payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer (free): SEPA transfer in EUR from the EU, UK and other SEPA countries, or ACH / wire in USD to our US account. We reserve your items for 5 working days and ship as soon as the payment arrives.
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link: paid instantly and securely through Stripe. Card payments carry a 7% processing fee charged by the bank, which is shown at checkout before you pay. To avoid the fee, choose bank transfer.

Can I make an offer?

Yes. Every product page has a Make an offer button. Tell us your price per unit and the quantity, and we reply by email, usually within one working day. If we accept, you receive a personal link that puts the part in your cart at the agreed price (valid for 7 days).

Do you give a discount for several units?

Yes, automatically: buy 2 units of the same part and get 5% off each, buy 3 or more and get 10% off each. For larger or mixed orders, send us an offer or email the list of parts to [email protected] and we will quote a bundle price.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, every order comes with an invoice. If you’re buying for a company or vessel, enter the company name and tax/VAT number at checkout (in the company field or the order notes) and we’ll put them on the invoice.

Can I buy several units or get a quote for my company?

Of course. Where we have more than one unit, the stock number is shown on the product page. For multi-unit or company purchases, email us for a quote.

Shipping & returns

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

Everything ships from Nikaia (Piraeus), Greece. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. Typical delivery: Greece 1–3 working days, EU 3–7 working days, worldwide 5–12 working days. See Shipping & Delivery.

Will I pay customs duties?

No customs within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged by your country’s customs and are paid by the recipient.

Can I return a part?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds for how.
